Wendy has been working with WCM since 2004. She is a highly respected, dynamic and an experienced leader of the senior management team.


Her expert CIPD background coupled with numerous years of business experience within the case management field enables Wendy to be widely recognised as a credible, knowledgeable resource for the team she leads.

Wendy was jointly responsible for the development of the company’s values which include sustainability, collaboration, compassion, professionalism and quality; and she embraces these wholeheartedly and with integrity whilst providing the highest quality, personal, specialist, service to clients, who are at the heart of everything we do at WCM.


Wendy is also the registered Responsible Individual for our CIW registration, ensuring that WCM meets compliance of the relevant regulations of the Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.

Wendy is the point of contact for all new enquiries and client referrals, and her strong ability to build relationships ensures that the client is provided with the case manager best suited to their needs.


Wendy is a chartered manager with the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
