Armed with a BSc in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Nemone is a seasoned professional with a profound commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals in need. In her role as CQC registered manager and designated safeguarding person at WCM, Nemone spearheads the regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

With a rich background in health and social care, Nemone has finely honed skills in assessment, care planning, and providing empathetic client support. Specialising in Neurological Conditions, she demonstrates a deep-seated interest and proficiency in understanding the unique challenges associated with such conditions.

Nemone is not only a leader within the organisation but also a guide to the team, ensuring that all aspects of quality care and support are maintained for WCM's clients. She plays a crucial role in providing training and ongoing advice to case managers, particularly when assembling a support team. Externally, Nemone offers advice sessions on CQC requirements, stressing the importance of registration and safeguarding.

A true advocate, Nemone's leadership extends beyond managerial roles. In previous positions as Operations Manager and Independent Advocate, she managed teams with a strong focus on empowering clients, especially the vulnerable and those facing substantial difficulties. Nemone is dedicated to ensuring that the voices of clients are heard, championing their rights in the services they receive.

Since joining WCM in 2022, Nemone manages a small caseload of clients, bringing her expertise directly to the frontline of case management. Her professional yet personable approach underscores her commitment to providing individualised care and support.
