WREN HOOPER
Wren Hooper has worked for WCM since April 2016. He provides support for our case managers with all matters concerning care regulation and compliance. His work includes close liaison with the WCM HR department overseeing directly employed packages for individual clients, as well as liaising with agency providers. He provides training and induction for team leaders and runs regular brain injury and other training days and is our safeguarding leave.
Wren’s greatest achievement at WCM is leading our team to achieve an “Outstanding” in all five of the CQC’s key lines of enquiry; a positive indicator of our high-quality service!
Wren completed his RGN training in 1996 at the Royal Hampshire Hospital and worked both there and also at Southampton General Hospital, primarily in critical care and latterly managing a rehabilitation unit.
Wren speaks at conferences both internally and externally and brings a positive, vibrant and inclusive attitude to his work, focusing on delivery with an emotionally intelligent approach.
